ITS DUPLICATE AND CRASHED
Hello Jumia. I am very disappointed with the team and service you provide to customers especially people that have always ordered and used your products. I purchased a flash disk from jumia and thought the product was genuine and next thing its just crashed yet I had used it less than a month. If someone takes time to purchase a product from you and get such results, its not customer satisfactory. I am very disappointed and certain that I can't purchase anything from you cz everything I usually buy is fake or not genuine. Kindly work on that factor
